of service Totally Refreshed began as a team venture betwen Ken and Donna Tolsdorf.
It has been a combination of business venture and opportunity for them to give back to the community.
Ken’s construction experience and creativity, paired with Donna’s business sense and
staff management has been a winning combination.

A Few Words About Us

After the incredible task of installing 3 ½ miles of copper pipe and 8 ½ miles of wiring, the doors opened in November 2001. This amazing project was built as a business venture and also a way to give back to the community in a very unique and wonderful way.

What makes us special?

We are a one of the kind, state of the art facility. The only one of its kind in Canada. 7,500 square feet is dedicated to pampering and relaxation. Although we have described ourselves as a “day spa”, Totally Refreshed is an “anytime spa” because we’re open such flexible hours.

Our facilities feature 13 steam bath suites. Different size rooms accommodate individuals and couples.

Here you can enjoy everything from a steam bath to tanning to a couples massage… and more.
