We are pleased to offer you several choices of beauty, massage and spa treatments. Our services are designed especially to pamper and please. We hope you’ll agree that relaxation is not just a state of mind and body, but a choice, an aspect of looking after ourselves.
It’s a way of life, not a luxury and we hope you’ll visit us often.

Spa Policy

If you are under age eighteen a parent or guardian will need to accompany you at the spa.

If a parent or guardian is not going to be with you at the spa, they will need to sign a consent form at the spa.

We request that all cell phones be turned off in the spa. We want to keep the spa quiet and relaxing for everyone to enjoy.

Gratuities are not included in your service price, however are greatly appreciated. First time customers: please arrive at your appointment fifteen minutes early.

Cancellation policy: 24-hour cancellation required or 50% charge will be applied. No shows will be charged 100% of their service.

Group bookings must be guaranteed with a credit card or advance payment.

We are a one of the kind, state of the art facility. The only one of its kind in Canada. 7,500 square feet is dedicated to pampering and relaxation. Although we have described ourselves as a “day spa”, Totally Refreshed is an “anytime spa” because we’re open such flexible hours.

Our facilities feature 13 steam bath suites. Different size rooms accommodate individuals and couples.

Here you can enjoy everything from a steam bath to tanning to a couples massage… and more.
